The foundation of Archimedes Asset Management, Inc., is our asset management capabilities. We monitor and navigate macro and micro-environmental metrics to add value for our clients. Using “top down” analytics, we identify sectors poised for growth, and carefully scrutinize prospective assets within those sectors to maximize profitability.

AAM offers full-service investment management focusing on the acquisition and operations of conventional multifamily housing, affordable (LITCH) housing, and agricultural assets, with a prominence in central California. AAM generally invests with a long-term time horizon (7+ years) and an emphasis on cash-flow.
